Job Description

A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations with at least 4 years in cloud Implementation experience and good understanding of Oracle Applications HCM Modules (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Time and Labor). Proficiency in Oracle Technical aspects: Excellent working experience in HCM Extracts, BI Reports and Fast Formulas. Data Conversion knowledge and experience will be an added advantage. Work experience in OIC (minimum 1 year) is required. Basic functional knowledge of HCM modules will be added advantage. Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional/Technical specifications, Execute SIT, Support UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures Ability to analyse, understand, trouble shoot and effectively communicate details to end users Knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role. Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MS
