Oracle Cloud HCM Functional – OTL

Job Description

Responsibilities: 10+ years of experience in Functional work areas with a minimum of 4 years in Oracle Cloud in OTL, and Absence. The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for Requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, End-user training, and Liaison in cloud implementation and support projects. Requirement: Proficiency in OTL and Absence modules of Oracle HCM Cloud. Good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas Working experience of another module other than Absence and OTL is preferable Independently driving the implementation of both OTL and Absence management modules Proficiency in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product Identifying Gaps and proposing potential work arounds to the client Estimation of work for Vanilla implementation and for Personalizations/work-arounds and Reports/integrations/enhancements needed Client presentations and Demos for some modules Proficiency in understanding clients support needs and Sierra-Cedars delivery models that would suit the client. Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution Understanding the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and newer estimations Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project that is being managed Mentoring and guidance to the project team. Quality tracking and team feedback. Status reporting to internal stakeholders and client Coordinate with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at the industry-leading solutions for the clients. Provide out of the box solutions when the situation demands
