As an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant at Excelencia, a UK based client, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and configuring Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules to support various Finance functions. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 8+ years of experience and immediate availability for a rotational shift. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between Finance business users and the IT team for Oracle Financials - Configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules to align with business needs - Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices based on Oracle's capabilities - Write functional specifications for RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) objects - Assist in month-end and year-end close processes to ensure system alignment with financial operations - Collaborate with technical teams for the development and testing of customizations - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and provide training and documentation to end users - Assist in go-live and post go-live activities - Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues when necessary Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance & Accounting - 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant - Strong functional knowledge of core Oracle Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, SLA, etc.) - Experience with full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades - Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) - Experience in documenting functional requirements and writing test scripts - Familiarity with PL/SQL is a plus for collaborating with technical teams - Good understanding of Finance business processes and best practices - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams If you are interested in this position, kindly share your CV at thara.dhanaraj@excelenciaconsulting.com or call 7358452333.
