Oracle Apps Finance Functional Consultant

As an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant at Excelencia, your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between Finance business users and the IT team. You will configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules, conduct gap analysis, and write functional specifications for RICE objects. Your role will also involve assisting in month-end and year-end close processes, supporting UAT, and collaborating with technical teams for customizations. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary liaison between Finance business users and IT team - Configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules - Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices - Write functional specifications for RICE objects - Assist in month-end and year-end close processes - Collaborate with technical teams for customizations - Support UAT and provide training to end users - Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance & Accounting - 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant - Strong functional knowledge of core Oracle Finance modules - Experience with full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades - Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards - Experience in documenting functional requirements and writing test scripts - Familiarity with PL/SQL is a plus - Good understanding of Finance business processes and best practices - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams,
