Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist & Sales Manager located in Maharashtra, Assam & Gujarat. The Optometrist & Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating visual issues, and providing appropriate corrective measures. This role also includes managing sales activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Additionally, the Optometrist & Sales Manager will oversee inventory management, maintain customer records, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Optometry and eye care services, including conducting eye exams and prescribing eyewear
• Proficiency in Sales Management and customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose visual issues and recommend corrective measures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and maintaining customer records
• Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field
