Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist & Sales Manager based in Morbi. The primary responsibilities include performing eye examinations, providing accurate prescriptions, advising customers on lens options, and ensuring exceptional customer care. Additionally, the role will involve managing sales operations, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the display and arrangement of eyewear products to optimize customer experience.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in optometry, including performing eye exams and providing accurate prescriptions
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide personalized eyewear recommendations
• Proven experience in sales management, achieving sales targets, and building customer relationships
• Organizational and time management skills to manage operational tasks and coordinate team efforts effectively
• Familiarity with various types of eyewear and lens technologies is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in optometry or a related field is preferred; experience in retail or eyewear sales is a plus
