Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Optometrist role located in Chennai. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye exams, diagnosing and treating visual problems, prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses, and providing vision therapy. They will also be involved in educating patients on eye care, monitoring eye health, and working closely with other medical professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing visual problems
• Skills in prescribing and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Knowledge of vision therapy techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice as an Optometrist in India
