Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and oversee all optical branches in Chennai.
Drive sales targets, monitor revenue, and ensure profitability.
Manage branch operations, stock levels, and product availability.
Recruit, train, and mentor optical staff to enhance productivity.
Ensure consistent customer service and adherence to company standards.
Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of each branch.
Report business performance and market trends to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Diploma in Optometry, Business Management, or related field.
7+ years of experience in optical/retail management, with multi-branch handling.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to drive sales growth across multiple outlets.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
