Job Summary:

energetic and enthusiastic OPT Recruiters with at least 1 - 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Source 

  OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD and GC consultants

   from job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Build strong relationships with 

  OPT candidates from universities and training institutes

  .
• Understand the candidate’s skill set, visa status, and career aspirations.
• Post job requirements on 

  Ceipal

  , 

  Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn

  , and other portals.
• Lead bulk hiring initiatives to quickly build a talent pipeline and maintain a ready bench of qualified candidates for high-demand roles.  
• Proactively hire experienced candidates and onboard them to the bench to enable faster turnaround and easier profile submission by the marketing team.  
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate details.
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Stay updated on 

  US market trends and hiring needs

  .

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills

   (written & verbal) in English.
• Basic experience on Ceipal and Canva
• Basic understanding of 

  US work authorizations

   (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, US Citizen)
• Good 

  networking and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to work in a 

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in 

  Any Discipline

  .

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experienced candidates in US Pharma and Medical Device recruitment.

Shift & Work Mode:

• US Night Shift

   (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST)
