OPT Recruiter – US IT Staffing (Hyderabad | US Shift)
Location: Hyderabad (On-site/Hybrid)
Shift: US Timings (7 PM – 4 AM IST)
Experience: 1–3 years in US Staffing with strong OPT/CPT recruiting
Responsibilities:
Source & recruit OPT/CPT/STEM OPT candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and university networks
Screen, qualify, and prepare candidates for client submissions/interviews
Submit resumes via ATS/VMS and track interview pipelines
Build vendor/client relationships; negotiate rates and terms
Maintain compliance, ATS hygiene, and meet monthly placement targets.
Requirements:1–5 years US IT staffing (OPT/CPT focus)
Familiarity with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, CEIPAL/JobDiva/Bullhorn
Knowledge of W2/C2C hiring models, visas, and US time zones
Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
