OPT Recruiter

You will be working as an OPT Recruiter for Grand Software Solutions, a leading IT staffing firm. Your role will involve identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates, with a special focus on OPT (Optional Practical Training) students. You will maintain relationships with candidates, collaborate with universities, and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill client requirements. In addition, you will ensure compliance with visa regulations and manage recruitment pipelines effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, source, and interview candidates, particularly OPT students - Maintain relationships with candidates, universities, and hiring managers - Collaborate with educational institutions to build strong partnerships - Ensure compliance with visa requirements and documentation - Manage recruitment pipelines and databases efficiently Qualifications: - Proficient in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent pipeline management - Thorough understanding of OPT, CPT, H1B, and U.S. work authorization processes - Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, clients, and educational institutions - Experience in using recruitment tools, databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities - Knowledge of IT industry trends and job roles would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred,
