Ops Sup Analyst

The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is responsible for providing operations support services, including record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, imaging, and opening accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Serving as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, the role aims to provide day-to-day operations support aligned with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. The responsibilities of the position include performing business analysis and documentation of current and future states of Client Reports and Advices, providing status updates for project participants, obtaining sign-off on regulatory business requirements, and acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology. The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is also expected to recommend business priorities, facilitate training sessions, manage project plans, and work on multiple projects simultaneously focusing on the delivery of regulatory client deliverables. Candidates for this role should have previous relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess general knowledge of client reporting, understand SQL environments and database queries, demonstrate organization and time management skills, problem-solving abilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
