Ops Rigour - Sr Analyst

As an Ops Rigour - Sr Analyst at our company, you will manage and oversee key trade finance operations to ensure compliance and smooth processing of transactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting various business areas with day-to-day initiatives such as processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. - Collaborating with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes. - Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes. - Developing and implementing operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. - Creating reports and presentations on operational performance and communicating findings to internal senior stakeholders. - Identifying industry trends and developments to implement best practices in banking operations. - Participating in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Understanding of risk (detective, preventive) associated with processes and suggesting/observing implementations as per required guidelines. - Experience with automation ideology to streamline the QA process, reduce errors, and improve efficiency. - Experience in an Indian corporate banking environment. - Effective communication skills to handle stakeholder interactions and ensure seamless trade operations. This position will be based out of Pune.
