Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing processes. - Implement best practices in production, maintenance, safety, and quality management. - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve operational KPIs and strategic objectives. - Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards. - Identify and implement automation and process optimization opportunities. - Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures. Preferred candidate profile - Engineering degree (Mechanical, Production, or related field). - 20+ years of progressive experience in fastener production/manufacturing. - Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations. - Age: Preferably between 4550 years. - Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and result orientation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
