• Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure under guidance from senior engineers. • Troubleshoot issues related to networking, Windows/Linux servers, and virtualization platforms.
• Manage and support virtual environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Monitor system performance metrics and enforce security compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, updates, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with senior network engineers to deploy and integrate new technologies.
• Apply foundational knowledge of networking and server environments to daily operations and support tasks.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and virtualization concepts.
• Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Understanding of network security best practices.
• Certification in networking or virtualization (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, VMware Certified Associate) is advantageous.
