Role Summary

We are seeking a Business/Data Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to transform data into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in key analytics tools, capable of understanding business requirements, and experienced in extracting, processing, and analysing data to solve real-world problems.

What You Will Do

• Analyse structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Convert business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models for recurring and ad-hoc analysis.
• Write optimised SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Use Python to automate workflows, perform exploratory analysis, and support data-driven projects.

Present findings in a structured manner to stakeholders across the organisation

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working on relational databases.
• Practical experience using Python for analytics, scripting, and data processing.
• Ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Working knowledge of Databricks platform.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning workflows (training, testing, evaluation).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
