Fellowship in Vitreo-Retina from a reputed center is essential. Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in retina procedures is preferred. Phacoemulsification experience is required — must be able to handle routine cataract surgeries independently. Knowledge of EMR systems and ability to work in a structured patient flow environment.
