Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-ups. Guide patients through the admission, discharge, and referral process. Coordinate between patients and departments (doctors, nursing, billing, diagnostics). Collect and verify patient information, insurance, and documents. Handle patient queries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and update databases regularly. Educate patients about procedures, treatment plans, and medical instructions if needed. Monitor waiting areas and reduce patient wait time through efficient coordination. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality standards. Support international patient care services, if applicable. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic (Freshers with good communication may be considered) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of medical terminology and patient service protocols Proficient in using hospital management software (HMS) and MS Office Ability to multitask. Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
