Phaco Surgeon

Location: Ayodhya
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years
Qualification: MS/MD/DNB in Ophthalmology
Surgeries Performed: Minimum 500 Phacoemulsification surgeries

Job Responsibilities:

Perform independent Phacoemulsification cataract surgeries with high success rates.
Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient evaluations.
Manage OPD and provide consultation for cataract and other anterior segment conditions.
Maintain accurate surgical and patient records.
Ensure adherence to sterilization protocols and quality standards.
Participate in surgical camps and community outreach programs as required.

Skills Required:

Strong surgical precision and patient communication skills.
Updated knowledge of latest cataract surgery techniques and equipment.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and patient-focused environment.
