Must-have beverages experience in at least one area:
1. Filling & Packaging (PET/Glass/Can fillers, cappers, labellers, shrink/packer, palletizer)
2. Utilities (Boilers, Compressors, Ammonia/Chiller, Air & Water systems)
3. Process (Syrup Room/Blending/CIP) • Quality (in-process checks, HACCP, GMP) • ETP/WTP.
Key responsibilities (select those that fit each sub-role):
1. Operate and maintain high-speed packaging lines (Krones/Sidel/KHS or similar).
2. Changeovers, basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, and line efficiency (OEE) improvement.
3. Adhere to GMP, 5S, HACCP, safety lock-out/tag-out.
4. Utilities: start-up/shutdown, routine checks, parameter logs, and preventive maintenance.
5. Process/Syrup: batching, Brix/pH control, filtration, CIP, sanitation.
6. Quality: in-process checks, line clearance, documentation.
7. Documentation: shift logbooks, breakdown/PM records, checklists.
Eligibility / must-haves (hard filters):
1. 38 years in non-alcoholic beverages or carbonated/juice/water bottling.
2. Prior work on PET/Glass/Can bottling lines or syrup room or utilities
(ammonia/chillers/boilers).
3. ITI/Diploma/B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) or Boiler Attendant for utilities.
4. Willingness for rotational shifts; join within 15–30 days preferred.
Good-to-have:
Krones/Sidel/KHS exposure, TPM/Kaizen/Lean basics, ISO 22000/FSSC experience.
