Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operator for our Water Treatment Plants in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the water treatment facilities, ensuring the safety and quality of treated water, and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control water treatment processes to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections of water treatment facilities and equipment.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment systems.
Collect and analyze water samples for quality testing and reporting.
Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and treatment processes.
Assist in the training of junior staff and new operators.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in operating water treatment plants or similar facilities.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes and regulations.
Ability to operate and maintain water treatment equipment and machinery.
Proficiency in data analysis and record-keeping software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
