Description

We are seeking an experienced Operator for our Finishing Machine department. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating and maintaining machinery used in the finishing process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor finishing machines to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to prevent downtime.
Adjust machine settings according to specifications to produce high-quality finished products.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Document production processes and report any issues or abnormalities to management.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in operating finishing machines or related machinery.
Proficient in machine setup, operation, and maintenance procedures.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Familiarity with quality control measures and inspection processes.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
