Operations Team Leader (On-Site – Pala, Kerala)

We are a fast-growing, mobile dental service provider committed to delivering high-quality care across Australia. Our operations require a dependable and proactive Team Leader to support day-to-day activities and staff coordination in our Pala office.

Your Role

As our Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring daily operational tasks run smoothly. You’ll lead and support a small team of admin and support staff, handle scheduling, follow up on task completion, and maintain communication with the leadership team abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 3–4 staff members
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion
• Maintain regular updates with management (Australia-based)
• Follow up on patient forms, emails, and clinical admin tasks
• Manage rosters, shift tracking, and leave coordination
• Provide training/support to new hires when needed
• Ensure smooth communication between dental practitioners and admin
• Support in resolving issues, prioritising tasks, and reporting concerns

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Prior experience as a team leader or office manager (healthcare or clinic preferred)

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Highly organised and punctual

✅ Confident in task delegation and time management

✅ Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, Excel, and shared cloud folders

✅ Able to follow clear protocols and work independently with little supervision

✅ Willing to take ownership of operations and keep the team accountable

Eligibility Criteria

• Location: Must be based in or near Pala, Kerala (on-site role)
• Availability: Monday to Saturday, between 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST (aligned with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST)
• Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam (both written and verbal)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preference for Healthcare, Administration, or Management)
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in staff management or team leadership
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and people management abilities
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Excel)
