Hiring FOR Operations Senior Team Leader / Team Leader Role The Operations Sr. Team Leader is responsible for developing measurement tools (KPIs) and strategies to meet the goals of each metric negotiated under the trade agreement with the client. He or she must also ensure that the development of the operation is carried out without any setback. Performs administrative duties for the team, motivates TLs and agents to perform at their maximum capacity in order to fulfill professional growth targets, enhance the productivity of the account, and the overall profitability of the company. In this role, you have to work in sync with the rest of the stakeholders to drive performance and efficiency.
