Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pharmacy & Fulfillment Management: Ensure smooth order flow, handle inventory issues, and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Customer Experience Leadership: Manage customer communications, create troubleshooting workflows, and resolve complex cases.
  • Operational Oversight: Develop SOPs, track KPIs, and identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Support Team Growth: Assist in hiring and training customer service agents, and establish a quality assurance framework.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in Operations, CX Management, or Project Leadership (Healthcare/E-commerce preferred).
  • Communication: Fluent English (Neutral or North American accent).
  • Location: Legally authorized to work from India or UAE.
  • Technical: Reliable laptop/PC (i5 processor or better, 8GB RAM), stable high-speed internet.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and conflict resolution skills.

Work Schedule (EST): 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Night Shift in IST/GST)
6pm-2am(IST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
