Operations Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for fielding questions from Coding Associates, Auditors, and clients. Additionally, you will establish procedures, prepare and coordinate schedules, expedite workflow, prepare reports and correspondence as needed, compile status and work-volume reports for management, and interview, train, motivate, and reward Coding department staff.
