Operations Specialist - Work From Home

We are seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to support and streamline a variety of operational activities. The role involves assisting with technical, administrative, and operational tasks as required and guided by management. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning across teams. Engage in various technical tasks for internal systems and processes as needed. Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to support/work on the tasks as required Maintain documentation and support reporting requirements. Support vendor or partner coordination when required. Assist with organizing meetings and other operational activities as directed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or tech support roles. Excellent soft skills: communication, collaboration, diligence, and reliability. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
