Operations Specialist (Night shift)

The Night Shift Operations Specialist position at ATC is a crucial role that involves managing day-to-day operations during US night shifts. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across various departments including Staffing, Accounting, Finance, and HR. Your expertise in handling employee queries and collaborating with internal teams will be essential to maintain efficient operations during night shifts. While experience in staffing is beneficial, it is not mandatory for this role. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations during the night shift, working closely with HR, finance, and accounting teams to facilitate seamless workflows. You will handle employee queries effectively, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist in staffing operations such as onboarding/offboarding, timesheet management, and recruitment coordination. Additionally, maintaining accurate documentation, reporting on night shift operations, and identifying areas for process improvement will be part of your role. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of operations experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or finance. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently during night shifts are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems is desirable, and a willingness to work across time zones and travel to the United States is required. A proactive attitude, flexibility to work on weekends if needed, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiencies are qualities we value in potential candidates.
