Kenko is the most complete software for fitness & wellness businesses. We bring together scheduling, memberships, payments, marketing, payroll everything on one platform and automate it. Our goal is to replace ten different tools they use today with one almighty.
So that they can focus on what they love making people healthy and happy.

Role Overview
As the Operations Specialist for Client Onboarding, you ll be responsible for ensuring every new client launch is delivered on time and error-free. You ll handle mobile app submissions and website setup following Kenko s pre-defined playbooks and checklists.
Your work ensures that each client s app, website, and communication channels go live smoothly, creating the first impression of Kenko s product excellence.
What youll do
- App Setup
- Follow Kenko s predefined checklist to prepare and submit client apps to App Store and Play Store.
- Upload screenshots, icons, descriptions, and metadata provided by the design/content team.
- Interface directly with Apple and Google Developer Consoles for submission, tracking, and resubmission if needed.
- Maintain accurate status tracking and documentation for every app under submission.
- Website Setup
- Populate client content (text, images, links, bios) into Kenko s predefined website templates.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate with onboarding team for missing assets, and ensure each site goes live per schedule.
- Review live sites for accuracy, layout consistency, and visual polish before handover.
- Project Management & Quality Control
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure all deliverables (apps, websites) meet Kenko s accuracy and aesthetic standards.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and internal dashboards to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to streamline operations.
Skills & Experience Required
- 1 3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or implementation in a SaaS, digital marketing, or website-operations environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills. Able to manage multiple concurrent client launches.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow predefined checklists precisely.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks under tight timelines.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic visual design sensibility. Comfortable identifying layout inconsistencies, poor visuals, or misaligned content.
- Fast learner; adaptable to new tools and processes quickly.
- Familiarity with:
- App Store & Play Store submission processes (preferred)
- Framer or similar website builders (preferred)
