Operations Shift Manager

As a nationwide data centre provider specializing in cutting-edge infrastructure solutions at the edge of the network, your role at AdaniConneX is crucial in ensuring exceptional performance and economic benefits for a variety of clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring 100% uptime for power, temperature, humidity, access, CCTV, and ELV/BMS systems - Managing NOC & SOC operations, infrastructure uptime, safety, security, hygiene, audit compliance, vendor management, green initiatives, and customer satisfaction - Delivering planned/predictive maintenance effectively and efficiently while adhering to AdaniConneX standards and procedures - Addressing the learning and development needs of the team, conducting regular performance reviews, and building a strong operations management team - Demonstrating knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and ELV systems in the data centre environment - Participating in the design, testing, commissioning, and handover of new equipment and capacities - Adhering to various audit standards and preparing detailed methods of procedure for maintenance and troubleshooting - Managing Capex and Opex requirements, ensuring compliance, and increasing energy efficiency without compromising site continuity - Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, conducting data centre tours, and participating in events - Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively, meeting timelines with the assistance of peers - Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and maturity in dealing with stakeholders In addition to your responsibilities, you should possess: - 10-15 years of experience - CDCP certification is a plus - At least 5 years of relevant experience in data centre operations Some travel may be required for this role at AdaniConneX.,
