To supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of utility systems during the assigned shift. Responsible for overseeing equipment performance, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading the shift team to support continuous plant operation

MANDATORY- KRAs and Key Activities

• Operations Management:

• Monitor and operate Operation systems including Furnace, Coater, Paint DFT, Fuel And Power Consumption, Water Consumption, Safety
• Ensure optimal and efficient operation of all equipment.
• Log and report operational data, anomalies, and downtime.

• Team Leadership:

• Supervise Operation Activities and operators during the shift.
• Allocate tasks and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct shift handovers with accurate communication.

• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:

• Coordinate and execute for timely preventive maintenance.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

• Safety, Quality, and Compliance:

• Adhere to and enforce safety procedures, PPE use, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain utility systems within environmental and quality parameters.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain logs, reports, checklists, and compliance records.
• Report incidents, maintenance issues, and deviations promptly.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for energy saving, waste reduction, and process optimization.
• Participate in Kaizen, 5S, or similar continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Background and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Operation / Chemical
• 5 - 10 years of experience in CCL operations.

Competencies

Knowledge of operation of CCL Line during the assigned shift. Responsible for overseeing equipment performance, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading the shift team to support continuous plant operation
