Led and streamlined the end-to-end process of pre-employment and annual health check-ups for prestigious clients, including Suzuki, Samsung, Renew Power, Pidilite, Nestle, and Wipro.
Managed complete medicine fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
Supervised a team of 14 members, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and automating roster sheets for optimized shift management.
Collaborated closely with internal teams like Account Managers, Wallet Team and supply vendors, and external stakeholder like HR to meet operational and compliance requirements.
Handled all operational escalations, ensuring prompt resolutions and maintaining high service quality.
Ensured end-to-end understanding and execution of the B2B operations process, acting as a knowledge hub and mentor for new team members.
Maintained strict turnaround times (TAT) for delivering health reports and medicine fulfillment by coordinating quality checks and documentation.
Implemented regular quality assessments and tracked performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Language

Shift: Rotational shift depending upon the roaster (between 7Am to 11PM) Evening shift will be remote.
