Operations & Merchandising Executive

Role & responsibilities

You will play a key role in our operations and merchandising functions, ensuring the smooth

coordination of product shipments, inventory, and go-to-market readiness. From managing inbound

logistics and collaborating with cross-functional teams, to supporting stock rotation and partner

platforms, this role sits at the intersection of supply chain, merchandising, and commercial

execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely inbound shipments

• Track and follow up on shipments; manage exceptions and delays

• Align with the warehouse team on inwards, labeling, and stock movement

• Support store opening and day-to-day operational needs

2. Marketplace & Channel Management

• Work closely with channel teams to ensure timely stock uploads and go-lives for marketplace

partners

• Ensure correct stock allocation, rotation, and replenishment strategies by channel (DTC,

Stores, MP)

• Support daily operations with cross-functional teams (logistics, channel, warehouse, content)

3. Merchandising & Buying Support

• Assist in seasonal and ongoing buying, SMU planning, and range building

• Help monitor sales trends, inventory health, and suggest reorders or stock movements

• Support seasonal assortment planning, pricing inputs, and data maintenance

4. Inventory & Reporting

• Own and update master data: style codes, pricing, cost, and inventory details

• Analyze weekly sales, sell-through, and performance reports for key stakeholders

• Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to improve turnover and minimize excess

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the creative team for product content readiness and campaign needs

• Partner with comms and digital teams on DTC launches, ensuring alignment of timelines and

stock

• Act as the glue across multiple teams ensuring operational readiness and execution
