Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for last mile operations within the region.
Plan, design and control day-to-day last Mile operations of team including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, quality control, and managing vendor relations.
Planning & building network, executing Last mile operations.
Construct Strategy for regions to improve the operations scorecard. Evaluate and reduce operations cost.
Develop New Territories in the Region.
Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development.
Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.
Analysis of Operational Reports for its region/delivery centers & coordinating with team.
Improve the TAT
- Need to minimize the TAT failure and plan strategies accordingly.

(TAT Failure like in : Processing, Connection and Delivery), all the activities related to process, connection & delivery within the timeline.
