Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a Branch Operations Manager at the bank, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, sales, operations, and customer service while ensuring strict compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures. Your role will also involve meeting the branch business targets and addressing day-to-day customer requests such as RTGS, NEFT, and DEMAND DRAFTS. Handling customer complaints and ensuring regulatory compliance with guidelines such as KYC, AML, and CFT will be part of your responsibilities. You will focus on providing excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs through the bank's financial product offerings. Additionally, you will administer various banking services, manage banking operations, and authorize transactions within approved limits.
