Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our Women Education & Empowerment Centre. The ideal candidate will be passionate about women’s development, skilled in designing and conducting impactful programs, and experienced in employment generation, menstrual health awareness, and business development guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily activities of the Women Empowerment Centre.
• Organize and facilitate engaging activities, workshops, and training sessions to promote women’s education, skill-building, and employment opportunities.
• Conduct awareness programs on menstrual health, hygiene, and wellness.
• Provide business development guidance to women entrepreneurs and support them in setting up or expanding livelihood initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong networks with local communities, stakeholders, NGOs, and government bodies to enhance program impact.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, prepare reports, and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Support in developing new projects, fundraising activities, and partnerships aligned with women’s empowerment.
• Mentor and motivate staff, trainers, and volunteers to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Women Studies, Education, or Business Development (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in women empowerment programs, social development projects, or community engagement.
• Strong knowledge of employment generation activities, menstrual health awareness, and women’s rights issues.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and build collaborations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
• Local language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
