His core responsibilities involve customer and other stakeholder management, overseeing plant operations, safety, quality assurance, plant maintenance, and people leadership. The role encompasses operational oversight, process and team optimization, adherence to industry quality standards, and a continual focus on innovation and lean practices, ensuring operational excellence and customer delight.
