Department: Operations / Club Management

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the club, ensuring smooth process, efficient staff coordination, and exceptional guest experience. This role involves managing dealers, floor staff, cash operations, compliance, and event execution.

The candidate must possess strong leadership, analytical, and operational skills to maintain the integrity and profitability of the poker operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily poker room operations, including table setup, dealer rotations, and shift

scheduling.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming

practices.

• Monitor cash flow, buy-ins, pay-outs, and chip management to ensure accuracy and

transparency.

• Coordinate with finance for daily cash and chip reconciliation and reporting.

• Manage staffing recruit, train, and evaluate dealers, hosts, and support staff.

• Handle guest relations and promptly resolve player complaints or disputes.

• Plan and execute poker tournaments, promotions, and special events.

• Maintain records for audits, compliance, and operational reporting.

• Collaborate with marketing to drive player engagement and club visibility.

• Oversee inventory for gaming supplies, F&B, and operational materials.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high standards of hospitality in the club premises.

• Analyse operational data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming, hospitality, or club management (poker or casino experience preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent understanding of poker rules, tournament structures, and player dynamics.

• Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Integrity, discretion, and attention to detail are a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling poker operations, live events, or gaming clubs.

• Knowledge of TDS, GST, and basic accounting for gaming transactions.

• Team management and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
