Job Description

As an Operations Manager in the Signage Industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of operations related to signage fabrication and branding projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Banking & Corporate Branding: Manage Faade signage, ACP cladding, LED displays for corporate clients. - Oil Sector Projects: Oversee canopy fabrication, pylon installation, high-mast signage, and other related tasks for retail outlets in the oil sector. - Engineering & Technical Expertise: Utilize a strong understanding of signage structures, fabrication tools, materials, and site execution processes. - Project Coordination: Ensure smooth project timelines, coordinate with teams, and supervise contractors effectively. - Client Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to clients with a solution-oriented approach. - Mechanical Design: Ability to interpret and create mechanical designs as per project requirements. - New Product Development: Involved in the end-to-end process of developing new signage products. - Site Execution: Demonstrate knowledge of site execution processes and offer effective solutions. - Software Proficiency: Utilize ERP, AutoCAD, G-Drive, and MS Office for operational tasks. - Industry Experience: Previous experience in signage fabrication or branding projects is advantageous. - Team Leadership & Delegation: Lead a team of 10-15 members, allocate tasks efficiently, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress towards team and organizational objectives. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets. - B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical) qualification. - Strong mechanical skills with the ability to understand client drawings. - Knowledge of standard materials such as MS, SS, and Aluminium characteristics. - Familiarity with mechanical processes and display of polite & responsible behavior. - Excellent email writing skills and adeptness in using office tools.,
