As an Operations Manager in the Signage Industry, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities and qualifications to ensure the smooth functioning of operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Banking & Corporate Branding: You will handle tasks related to Faade signage, ACP cladding, LED displays for corporate branding and banking projects. - Oil Sector Projects: Your responsibilities will include overseeing canopy fabrication, pylon installation, high-mast signage, and other requirements for oil sector retail outlets. - Engineering & Technical Know-how: A strong understanding of signage structures, fabrication tools, materials, and site execution processes is essential for successful project implementation. - Project Coordination: You must possess the ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with teams, and supervise contractors to ensure project completion within deadlines. - Client Communication: Clear and timely updates to clients with a solution-driven approach will be crucial for maintaining strong client relationships. - Mechanical Design: Proficiency in reading and creating mechanical designs is required for effective project execution. - New Product Development: You should be familiar with the end-to-end process of new product development within the signage industry. - Site Execution: Knowledge of site execution processes and the ability to provide solutions to any challenges that may arise during execution. - Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, AutoCAD, G-Drive, and MS Office tools is necessary for efficient operations management. - Industry Experience: Previous experience in signage fabrication or branding projects is highly preferred to excel in this role. - Team Leadership & Delegation: You will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 members, ensuring effective task allocation, proper delegation of responsibilities, and monitoring progress to achieve team and organizational goals. **Qualification & Skills:** - Good knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets is required for efficient task management. - A degree in B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical) is essential to understand the technical aspects of the projects. - Strong mechanical skills and the ability to interpret client drawings accurately are necessary for successful project execution. - Knowledge of standard materials such as MS, SS, and Aluminium characteristics is important for material selection and fabrication. - Understanding mechanical processes and exhibiting polite and responsible behavior is crucial for effective team collaboration. - Good mail writing skills and proficiency in office tools will aid in clear communication and documentation within the team and with clients.,
