Operations Manager – Quality Control & Delivery (Media Production)

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Project Management

• Plan and manage daily operations across weddings, Short films, and music projects
• Allocate photographers, cinematographers, and editors to projects
• Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with freelancers and vendors during peak periods
• Maintain project trackers and workflow documentation

Quality Control (Critical Responsibility)

• Review photo and video outputs before client delivery
• Ensure consistency in color, tone, storytelling, and brand quality
• Coordinate rework with editors when required
• Ensure all deliverables meet company standards before approval

Team & Process Coordination

• Act as the single point of control between creative teams, sales, and accounts
• Enforce internal SOPs and workflow discipline
• Prevent direct client commitments by editors or shooters
• Resolve internal delays and escalations professionally

Reporting & Accountability

• Provide weekly delivery and performance reports to the Founder
• Highlight risks, delays, and capacity issues in advance
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and quality

What You Will NOT Do

• You will NOT shoot or edit
• You will NOT negotiate prices or close sales
• You will NOT make creative decisions independently
• You will NOT manage accounts or HR

This role is about execution, discipline, and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years experience in operations, project management, or production coordination
• Experience in media, events, wedding studios, advertising agencies, or production houses mandatory
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle pressure during peak wedding seasons
• Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel

Pay: ₹15,709.00 - ₹36,966.00 per month
