Experience: 0.6 to 2 years

Salary: 20 to 25k

Working Days: 6 days | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager/Process Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in basic Excel, good English communication, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
Maintain and update records, reports, and databases using Excel and Google sheet
Monitor and track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in English.
Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest actionable solutions.
Support senior management in decision-making by providing accurate operational data.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
