Registered under MSME since 2020, our expanding network includes IPD Tamil, IPD Malayalam, IPD Telugu, IPD Kannada, IPD English, IPD Hindi, IPD Malay, and IPD Turkey. Committed to delivering timely and factual news, we cover a wide range of topics from local to global events, maintaining the highest ethical journalistic standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflows across departments. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing processes, handling budget and resources, and coordinating with other teams. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing policies, and driving continuous improvement.Note this is not salaried, revenue sharing only on this.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management, project management, and process optimization
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
Capability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
Experience in digital media or journalism industry is a plus
