Monitor patient care quality, conduct service audits, and address client feedback. Liaise with doctors, families, and care teams to ensure smooth coordination. Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation protocols are followed. Develop and implement SOPs to improve service delivery and reduce inefficiencies. Recruit, train, and supervise field staff in coordination with HR. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for medical equipment, consumables, and logistics. Manage inventory, billing processes, and operational budgets.
