Co-ordination with production unit out of Bombay and railway people + with local suppliers to get stock in office. Make packing boys do a thorough QC. Get orders packed and dispatched correctly. Co-ordinate with transport companies and Porter for local and out of bombay deliveries. Maintain Purchase invoices, Sales invoices and Challans. Learn more about all products. Plan deliveries and co-ordinate with packing and delivery boys. Follow all systems and timelines. Must know English. Must know how to email. Must know how to use Google Maps. And must be a quick learner.
