Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end

  backend supply chain

  operations with partners such as

  Integri

  ,

  BuScience

  , and

  HCPs

• Manage

  frontend logistics

  across carriers including

  DHL

  ,

  FedEx

  , and others
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, warehouse, and customer experience teams to ensure operational fluidity
• Visit and coordinate with

  vendors, warehouses, client workspaces, and stakeholders

  for real-time execution
• Identify operational gaps, implement solutions, and drive measurable outcomes

What you will bring

• 2–4 years of experience in

  operations or supply chain

  , preferably within a

  D2C, skincare, or wellness brand

• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, optimize logistics, and drive accountability
• Comfortable navigating dynamic work environments — startup energy is a must
• Strong executional rigour with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Based in

  Mumbai

  with availability for

  frequent travel

  to partners and field locations
• Willingness to work

  flexible hours

  to meet business needs
