We are looking for a Boss Coordinator who can work closely with the management and act as a bridge between the boss and all departments. The role requires strong communication, organization, and reporting skills. The person should ensure that the boss is always updated with correct information and that all tasks are followed up properly.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with all departments (HR, Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).

2. Collect updates from each department and prepare reports for the boss.

3. Remind and follow up with teams on pending work.

4. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and share minutes with the boss.

5. Support the boss in day-to-day tasks and decision-making.

6. Handle emails, calls, and important communications.

7. Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks across departments.

Requirements

1. Graduate in any stream (Business/Management preferred).

2. Strong communication and presentation skills.

3. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Highly organized, disciplined, and good at multitasking.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience as a Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

2. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

3. Ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
