*On-site (Okhla Phase 2) | Full-time | Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM)
*Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
*Experience: 1 to 5 years.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end client operations while supporting key admissions functions. In this role, you will oversee multiple student and professional cases, ensure the timely execution of all processes, and maintain high communication standards. You will be expected to lead workflows, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure each application meets YMGrad’s quality standards.
*While domain-specific guidance will be provided, you must demonstrate strong leadership, discipline, excellent English (both verbal and written) communication, and process management.
