Operations Manager – Australian Accounting

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 4–6 years (including 2–3 years in a KPO, preferably Australian KPO)
Education: B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, CA, CMA, or equivalent

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our accounting teams within a dynamic KPO environment. This role will manage multiple team leaders, ensure operational excellence, and deliver high-quality accounting services to global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team leaders and their accounting teams to achieve performance and delivery goals.
  • Manage day-to-day client-facing operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting deliverables, statutory lodgments, and reporting.
  • Plan team capacity, allocate workloads effectively, and ensure adequate resource levels across teams.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive professional development through structured training programs.
  • Maintain and update SOPs and client-specific manuals, ensuring process compliance and operational consistency.
  • Drive process improvements, identify efficiency opportunities, and foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
  • Oversee onboarding, handovers, and ensure team readiness through buddy systems and proper training documentation.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to implement best practices and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a KPO (Australian KPO preferred) with a focus on accounting operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage accounting teams and team leaders.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
