2. Proficiency in English (spoken & written) for reporting and coordination
3. Computer knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD
4. Strong understanding of building systems, safety standards, and quality control
5. Confidence in handling shifts and managing teams
6. Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, lifts, and fire-fighting systems)
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures
8. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams/vendors
9. Supervise and guide maintenance staff and contractors
10. Handle shift schedules and ensure smooth operations
